Creating branches in git.openembbeded.org repositories

Hi,

is there any requirement to be able to create branches in the repositories in git.openembedded.org? I can see a lot of personal branches?

As a known contributor it’s possible to get access to push branches in the -contrib repositories. I’m not sure if this process has been documented anywhere, maybe mail helpdesk@yoctoproject.org (and CC me so you can be vouched for) saying that you’d like to push personal branches to openembedded-core-contrib (and other repos, if needed).
