Gitlab CI using Labgrid to boot test images on real hardware

I finally setup gitlab CI to build an image and run test it on real hardware. I also have a repo to build a labgrid coordinator/export on a pi4.

We also recently merged a gitlab CI configuration into the labgrid repository, so if you mirror the repository than images should be automatically created, see here.
