Moreover, you cannot have more than 3 exclamation marks in a row.
@halstead are these restrictions controllable and/or modifiable? Can an admin/moderator overwrite those?
The number of characters is a setting. The !!!’s might be this: Prevent common title typos and errors, including all caps, lowercase first character, multiple ! and ?, extra . at end, etc.
Well here I just have to quote Pratchett:

The character limit is for sure. The setting is at https://discussion.openembedded.org/admin/site_settings/category/posting and the repeating character limit is probably in there somewhere too.
